MAPÜ Return & Refund Policy

At MAPÜ, we are committed to providing fresh, handcrafted, and high-quality natural skincare products. Due to the nature of our formulations and hygiene considerations, we enforce a strict return and refund policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.

Returns & Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition, with the Security Adhesive Metalized Printed Hologram Seal intact and unbroken.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • The item was damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect.

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. If the seal has been tampered with or removed, the item will not be eligible for return.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, contact us at care@mapunaturals.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and order details.
  • Once reviewed and approved, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (including those with a broken security seal).
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

  1. Email care@mapunaturals.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and detailed photos (if applicable).
  2. Await response within 2–3 business days with next steps.
  3. If eligible, return the product in its original packaging and condition, ensuring the security seal remains intact.
