At MAPÜ Naturals, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and sustainably. We partner with DHL Express for reliable worldwide shipping, ensuring your products arrive in optimal condition and as fresh as possible.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Due to our fresh, small-batch production, some products may require up to 7 business days to be ready for shipment.
  • Order Cutoff Time:

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) are processed the same day.
    • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations:

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as it enters fulfillment immediately.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use DHL Express for fast and secure deliveries. Estimated transit times:

Domestic (Within Mexico)

  • DHL Express Standard: 1-3 business days
  • DHL Express Priority: Next-day delivery (if available)

International Shipping

  • DHL Express Worldwide: 2-7 business days (varies by destination)

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We offer free shipping in Mexico [>0.5kg <1kg.] for select regions only.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • MAPÜ does not cover these fees—they are the customer's responsibility.
  • We do not mark orders as ‘gifts’ or lower the invoice value.

💡 Tip: Check with your local customs office for potential fees before ordering.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Track your package directly on the DHL Express tracking page: [https://www.dhl.com]
  • If your tracking info is missing or incorrect, allow 24 hours for updates before contacting us.

6. Failed Deliveries, Address Issues & Returns

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, DHL may return the package. Reshipping fees apply.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If DHL is unable to deliver, the package may be held for pickup or returned at your expense.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: MAPÜ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as ‘Delivered.’ Please file a claim with DHL.
