5. Order Processing & Payment

  • Payments: All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details.
  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as it enters production immediately.
  • Fraud Prevention: MAPÜ reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. MAPÜ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors like weather or "acts of god".
  • Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or damages.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos for resolution.
  • Refunds are issued only for defective products and at MAPÜ’s sole discretion.
